Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined

3. Press mixture firmly into the pan to form an even crust

4. Bake crust for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden

5. Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in intervals stirring until smooth then add vanilla

6. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the crust

7. Top with mini marshmallows covering the entire surface

8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until marshmallows are golden

9. Cool completely for 1 to 2 hours before slicing into bars

Notes

Press the crust firmly to prevent crumbling when slicing
