1 sleeve Ritz crackers

1/2 cup peanut butter

12 oz chocolate chips or melting wafers

1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter or prepare a sweet filling by combining butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
