1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups Easter M&M candies

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Extra Easter M&M candies for topping

Optional Easter sprinkles

Flaky sea salt for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.

5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

6. Fold in Easter M&M candies, white chocolate chips, and nuts if using.

7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

8. Add extra Easter M&M candies and sprinkles on top.

9. Bake for 28–35 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly soft.

10. Cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
