Ingredients
For the Steak:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, diced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
For the Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Season and Sear Steak:
Pat steak dry, season with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. -
Make Honey Garlic Sauce:
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. -
Cook Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water. -
Make It Creamy:
Add cream and paprika to the sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted. -
Combine Everything:
Toss pasta in sauce. Add reserved water if needed. Return steak to pan and mix gently. -
