1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro

Instructions
