Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Base:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add sugar, milk, and salt, stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 1 minute.
