Ingredients

8 oz wide rice noodles

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic minced

2 fresh chili peppers sliced

1 cup chicken shrimp beef or tofu sliced

1 cup bell peppers sliced

1/2 cup onion sliced

1 cup broccoli or green beans

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp brown sugar

1/2 cup Thai basil leaves

1 tbsp lime juice


Instructions

1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until pliable, then drain and set aside.

2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl.

3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

4. Cook protein until browned, then remove.

5. Sauté garlic and chili briefly.

6. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.

7. Return protein and add noodles.

8. Pour sauce and toss well.

9. Let noodles caramelize slightly.

10. Turn off heat and add basil and lime juice.

11. Serve immediately.
