Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 large eggs

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line a muffin pan with paper liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the baking soda and salt, then mix until fully combined.
