Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

3. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
