6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

1 packet dry onion soup mix

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 cup uncooked rice (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Spread uncooked rice evenly in the dish if using.

3. In a bowl, mix onion soup mix, chicken broth, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika.
