½ teaspoon dried thyme or 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Wash, peel, and trim carrots, slicing thicker ones lengthwise
3. Pat carrots dry thoroughly
4. Mix olive oil, honey, sugar, garlic, and seasonings
5. Coat carrots evenly with the mixture

7. Roast for 20 minutes and turn
