Ingredients

12 ounces egg noodles

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup frozen peas

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups crushed buttery crackers or crispy fried onions

4 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sliced green onions


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until just al dente. Drain well and set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

4. Add the shredded chicken, peas, and carrots into the sauce mixture and stir until evenly combined.

5. Fold the cooked noodles into the bowl along with the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
