Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional


Instructions

2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
