Ingredients

2 cups cucumbers diced

2 cups green cabbage finely shredded

1/2 cup green onions sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil chopped

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Wash and prepare all vegetables by dicing cucumbers, shredding cabbage, and slicing green onions.

2. Finely chop the parsley, chives, and basil.
