1 cup Mexican cheese blend
1 bag frozen tater tots
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
4. Stir in diced onion and cook until softened.
5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Sprinkle in taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then stir well.
7. Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
