Ingredients

1 cup butter softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup almond flour

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

1. Beat the softened butter until creamy

2. Add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy

3. Mix in almond and vanilla extracts

4. Whisk almond flour, all purpose flour, and salt

5. Combine dry ingredients with wet to form dough

6. Shape dough into crescents

7. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes

8. Preheat oven to 350°F 175°C

9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes

10. Cool slightly and dust with sugar

11. Dust again after cooling

Notes

Use finely ground almond flour for best texture

Chill dough to prevent spreading

Dust twice with powdered sugar for best results
