Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
8 cubes cheddar cheese (about 3/4-inch size)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully done. Add salt, pepper, and optional seasonings, then remove from heat to cool slightly.
3. Cut cheddar cheese into 8 cubes and set aside.
4. Open the biscuit dough can and separate the 8 biscuits. Flatten each into a circle large enough to wrap the filling.
5. Spoon a small amount of cooled beef mixture into the center of each dough circle, followed by one cheese cube.
6. Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of each bomb.
8. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese evenly.
9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Be sure to seal the dough completely around the filling to avoid leaks.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the beef while it cooks.
These bombs can be frozen after baking—just reheat at 350°F for 20 minutes straight from the freezer.
