Description

A buttery croissant filled with sliced turkey, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and cheese, this sandwich is easy to make yet feels indulgent. Ideal for brunch, lunch, or a light dinner.


Ingredients

2 croissants

4 slices turkey breast

2 slices Swiss cheese

4 tomato slices

2 lettuce leaves

2 teaspoons mayonnaise (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.

2. If desired, toast the croissant halves lightly until crisp.

3. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each croissant.

4. Add 2 tomato slices on top of the lettuce.

5. Layer 2 slices of turkey breast over the tomato.

6. Top with 1 slice of Swiss cheese per sandwich.

7. Spread mayonnaise or mustard on the top half if using.

8. Place the top croissant half on and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh or bakery croissants for the best texture.

Keep ingredients like tomato separate if prepping ahead.
