Ingredients

1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

100 grams dark chocolate, chopped

0.5 cup heavy cream, chilled

1 tablespoon sugar

100 grams milk chocolate, chopped

0.5 cup heavy cream, chilled

1 tablespoon sugar

100 grams white chocolate, chopped

0.5 cup heavy cream, chilled

1 tablespoon sugar

Sweetened whipped cream

Chocolate shavings or curls (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of each cup. Chill to set.

2. Melt dark chocolate, let cool slightly. Whip cream with sugar to soft peaks, then gently fold into the chocolate. Spoon over the cookie base and chill.

3. Repeat the process with milk chocolate, ensuring the previous layer is set. Chill again after layering.

4. Melt white chocolate, let cool, whip cream and fold together. Spoon over the milk chocolate layer. Chill all cups for at least 2 hours.

5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings just before serving. Serve chilled.

Cool the melted chocolate slightly before folding into whipped cream.
