Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup milk chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup white chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with a few chunks.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and chopped chocolates.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
