Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup white chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with a few chunks.
