Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
