Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 4 eggs (fried or scrambled)
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or ketchup (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toast English muffin halves until golden and crispy.
  3. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
