Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Sift in the flour and salt. Stir until just combined.
