Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Sift in the flour and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
