Description

Get ready to refresh your day with this beautifully vibrant and delightfully fizzy Strawberry Punch! Bursting with juicy strawberries, tangy lemon, and a splash of soda, this quick drink is perfect for summer parties, easy dinner accompaniments, or kid-friendly snack time. It’s one of the best easy recipes for warm weather, fitting right into your collection of healthy snacks, quick breakfast ideas, or crowd-pleasing food ideas. With its bright color and bold flavor, this punch is more than a drink—it’s a celebration in a glass.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cups cold water

2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

Ice cubes

Strawberry slices and lemon wheels, for garnish

Mint leaves (optional), for garnish

Instructions

1. Add the fresh strawberries to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.

2. Stir in the granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

3. Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water. Stir to combine.

4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.

5. Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.

6. Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch, and garnish with strawberry slices, lemon wheels, and optional mint leaves.

7. For an adult version, add a splash of vodka, rum, or prosecco just before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best natural sweetness and flavor.

Chill all ingredients beforehand to reduce the need for extra ice that may water it down.

Don’t add the soda until just before serving to keep the punch bubbly and refreshing.
