Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup granola
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Whole strawberry (optional, for topping)
Instructions
1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries evenly.
2. Choose a clear glass or jar for serving.
3. Add a spoonful of granola to the bottom of the glass.
4. Spoon a layer of yogurt over the granola.
5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
6. Repeat layers until glass is filled.
7. Top with granola, a whole strawberry, and mint leaves.
8. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
Notes
Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
Use thick yogurt to avoid sogginess.
Try other berries or fruit combinations.
Sweeten strawberries if they are too tart.
