This no-bake Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Cup is a delightful dessert featuring layers of crushed Oreos, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for parties or a personal treat, it’s easy to make and requires no baking. Enjoy a rich, chocolatey, and fruity flavor in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreos, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry sauce (optional)
  • Mini Oreos, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Slice the strawberries and prepare the strawberry sauce if using.
  5. Assemble the layers: Start with a layer of crushed Oreos in the serving cups, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling, then sliced strawberries. Repeat until the cup is full.
