Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese, then stir to combine.
- Mix in jalapeños, pimentos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, give it a final stir and garnish with extra green onions or paprika.
- Serve chilled or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes for a warm version.
