Description

A bold, creamy, and spicy dip made with a blend of cheeses, jalapeños, and smoky seasonings. Perfect for game nights, gatherings, or as a snack, this easy-to-make dip can be served cold or warm. Pair it with chips, crackers, or veggies for an irresistible bite!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and hot sauce until smooth.
  2. Add shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese, then stir to combine.
  3. Mix in jalapeños, pimentos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, give it a final stir and garnish with extra green onions or paprika.
  7. Serve chilled or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes for a warm version.
  8. Enjoy with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies!
