  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 23 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

For the Noodles & Garnish:

  • 8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Chopped scallions or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat dry, cube, and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
