4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
2 stalks green onions, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Rub chicken thighs with chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let marinate for at least 15–20 minutes.
