- 12 oz spaghetti

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup reserved pasta water (as needed)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta – Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomatoes – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
