3/4 cup Marsala wine
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional)

Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear them in olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.
