Ingredients
- 25 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp mint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust – Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the filling – In a bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth.
- Assemble the pie – Pour the mint milkshake filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Freeze – Place the pie in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours until firm.
- Add whipped topping – Once fully set, spread or pipe whipped topping over the pie.
- Garnish and serve – Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top and serve frozen.
