Description

A creamy, no-bake Shamrock Mint Milkshake Pie with a rich chocolate cookie crust, cool minty filling, and a fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any occasion, this easy frozen dessert is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 25 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust – Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the filling – In a bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth.
  3. Assemble the pie – Pour the mint milkshake filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  4. Freeze – Place the pie in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours until firm.
  5. Add whipped topping – Once fully set, spread or pipe whipped topping over the pie.
  6. Garnish and serve – Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top and serve frozen.
