300 g sirloin or ribeye beef, cut into cubes
250 g linguine pasta
3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced
200 ml heavy cream
50 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1. Cut the beef into cubes and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, and let rest at room temperature.
