Sausage and Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic Sauce is a savory-sweet, one-pan meal that’s simple, hearty, and packed with flavor. Smoky sausage, roasted sweet potatoes, and a glossy honey garlic glaze come together for a dish that’s both comforting and fresh.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. While potatoes roast, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add sliced sausage to the baking sheet and drizzle sauce over everything. Toss gently.
  6. Return to oven and roast for 15 more minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
