4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh spinach
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
