Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream, then add parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. If needed, add a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
