Description

A light, elegant summer salad made with ripe peaches, creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a tangy-sweet balsamic glaze. Perfect for warm days and quick prep, it brings out the best of seasonal flavors with zero cooking required.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 balls of burrata cheese (about 4 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into 1/2-inch wedges or rounds.
  2. Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
  3. Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and place them among the peaches.
  4. Tuck whole or torn basil leaves between the peaches and cheese.
  5. Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately while fresh and vibrant.
