Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 balls of burrata cheese (about 4 oz each)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into 1/2-inch wedges or rounds.
- Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and place them among the peaches.
- Tuck whole or torn basil leaves between the peaches and cheese.
- Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
