Ingredients
- 14 oz yakisoba noodles (pre-cooked)
- 2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- Splash of water (to thin sauce if needed)
Instructions
- Loosen or rinse yakisoba noodles and set aside.
- Thinly slice cabbage, celery, and chop green onions.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and a splash of water. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cabbage, celery, and white parts of green onions. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add noodles and toss to combine.
- Pour in the sauce and stir-fry for 2–3 more minutes until well-coated.
- Add green parts of onions, toss, and remove from heat.
