Description

Soft, gooey, and packed with chocolatey goodness, these Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are the ultimate sweet treat. A classic cinnamon roll gets a delicious upgrade with crushed Oreos folded into the filling, creating the perfect blend of warm cinnamon, buttery dough, and crunchy cookies. Topped with a smooth, creamy glaze, this indulgent recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. If you’re looking for a fun and easy way to impress family and friends, these decadent rolls will do the trick!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) store-bought cinnamon roll dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1012 Oreo cookies (crushed, but not too fine)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for extra caramelized sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (classic cinnamon roll flavor)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (helps the filling stick to the dough)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (enhances the icing flavor)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (for the icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (to make the icing smooth)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (optional) (for a richer, tangy glaze)
  • Extra crushed Oreos for topping (optional, but recommended!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface if using homemade. If using store-bought cinnamon rolls, carefully unroll them.
  3. Make the filling by mixing crushed Oreos, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the Oreo mixture generously on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, forming a log.
  6. Slice into even rolls (about 1–1.5 inches thick) and place them in the greased baking dish.
  7. Let them rise (if using homemade dough) for 30–45 minutes, covered, until puffy.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  9. Prepare the icing by whisking together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk (or heavy cream). For a richer glaze, mix in softened cream cheese.
  10. Drizzle the icing over warm cinnamon rolls and sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy every gooey, chocolatey bite!
