- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (or heavy cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: If using store-bought dough, unroll it onto a floured surface. If making homemade dough, roll it out into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the Oreo mixture over the dough, covering the entire surface.
- Roll and Slice: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal-sized rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
