Description

These Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect combination of soft, gooey cinnamon rolls and the chocolatey crunch of Oreos. Made with a rich cinnamon-sugar filling, crushed Oreos, and a creamy glaze, this recipe is an indulgent treat perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Easy to make with store-bought or homemade dough, these rolls are a must-try for any Oreo lover!

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (or homemade dough)
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (or heavy cream)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: If using store-bought dough, unroll it onto a floured surface. If making homemade dough, roll it out into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
  2. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the Oreo mixture over the dough, covering the entire surface.
  4. Roll and Slice: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal-sized rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
  5. Arrange and Let Rise: Place the rolls in a greased baking dish. If using homemade dough, allow them to rise for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Make the Glaze: While the rolls bake, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Glaze and Serve: Let the rolls cool slightly, then drizzle with the glaze and sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
