  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (sweet & smoky style recommended)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Stir in barbecue sauce and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add uncooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine and ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
  6. Cover and simmer on medium-low for 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
