- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)

- 2 cups penne pasta (or similar)
- 2.5 cups beef broth (or water)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
