Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sliced sausage for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30–60 seconds, until fragrant.
