A rich and comforting One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta made with tender pasta, savory ground beef, and a luscious garlic butter sauce. This easy one-pan recipe is perfect for busy nights and delivers a restaurant-quality meal in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine (or preferred pasta)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the fettuccine to the pan, making sure it is fully submerged. Stir occasionally and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the pan and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
