A hearty, comforting one-pot meal made with ground beef, fusilli pasta, sharp cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Creamy, savory, and satisfying, this dish is perfect for busy weeknights and guaranteed to be a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups fusilli pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef, cooking and crumbling until browned and no pink remains.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. Add uncooked fusilli and broth. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. When pasta is tender and liquid mostly absorbed, stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese.
  7. Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  8. Adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
