Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or brown sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 oz cooked pasta (linguine or spaghetti recommended)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika, honey, and soy sauce. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the glaze. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
