Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons honey (or brown sugar)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 oz cooked pasta (linguine or spaghetti recommended)
- Optional: red pepper flakes
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in smoked paprika, honey, and soy sauce. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the glaze. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
