Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk chocolate chips

¼ cup white chocolate chips

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

1. Place graham crackers in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.

2. In a bowl, mix crumbs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until a dough forms.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.

4. Melt milk chocolate chips until smooth.

5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coat evenly, and place back on the tray.

6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the coated truffles.

7. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish.

8. Let truffles set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Chill the dough well before dipping to prevent them from falling apart.

Use high-quality chocolate for a smoother, shinier finish.

Store in the fridge for the best texture and longer shelf life.
