1 container (16 oz) chocolate frosting


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).

2. Let the pudding sit for 3–5 minutes to fully set.

3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined and fluffy.

4. Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.

5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers and smooth it out evenly.

6. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.

7. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second cracker layer.

8. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.

9. Microwave the chocolate frosting for 15–20 seconds to soften, then stir and spread it evenly over the top layer.

10. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

11. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, let the cake chill overnight to soften the graham crackers into a cake-like texture.

If your frosting is too firm, microwave briefly to make it more spreadable—but don’t overheat.
