Description

No Bake Buckeye Graham Crackers combine creamy peanut butter filling with a chocolate topping, sandwiched between crunchy graham crackers. These treats are rich, satisfying, and require zero baking, making them the perfect easy dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 9 full sheets), broken into squares
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Break graham crackers into squares and lay half on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture over each bottom cracker.
  4. Top with a second cracker, gently pressing to create a sandwich.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan over low heat.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over each cracker sandwich.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until set.
  8. Serve or store in an airtight container.
