Ingredients
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 9 full sheets), broken into squares
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Optional: sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Break graham crackers into squares and lay half on a parchment-lined tray.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over each bottom cracker.
- Top with a second cracker, gently pressing to create a sandwich.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan over low heat.
- Spread melted chocolate over each cracker sandwich.
