Enjoy a refreshing twist on pizza night with this Mediterranean Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza. Featuring a crispy naan crust, marinated grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a cool, herbed tzatziki drizzle, this dish brings vibrant flavors and easy prep to your table in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

For the Pizza:

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Optional Add-ons: feta cheese, olives, arugula


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare tzatziki by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready.
  3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush naan with olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Top naan with chicken, tomato, onion, and tzatziki. Add optional garnishes.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
