Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
For the Pizza:
- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Optional Add-ons: feta cheese, olives, arugula
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare tzatziki by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush naan with olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes.
- Top naan with chicken, tomato, onion, and tzatziki. Add optional garnishes.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
